To set up printing, follow these steps:
For MacOS:
You might need to Unlock (🔓) your device to make changes
All of the Library Printers are labeled with "Library" and their color
- Make sure that you are connected to the Berry Secure Network (Berry), and NOT Berry Guest. If you're on Berry Guest, you will not be able to access wireless printing.
- Press CMD (⌘) + SPACE to pull up Spotlight
- Search for "Printers & Scanners"
- Click on the + and select the printer that you want to add and click "Add"
- When prompted, use your Active Directory (AD) to sign in
You're all set up to print on your MacOS device!
For iOS
Please note that all apps do not support printing through AirPrint
- Open the app that you want to print from
- Tap on the Share Icon ( or ) or tap
- Tap the Print Icon and select the printer you want to print from
- If prompted, enter your Active Directory (AD) to sign in

For Windows 10, Android, and Chrome OS

- Go to https://www.berry.edu/oit/linkedIn-learning-and-mobility-printing and click "Setting up your device"
- Follow the steps to download the installer (Windows) or App from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Chrome Extension (Chrome OS) by clicking on the respective device
- Select the printers you would like to install
- When prompted, use your Active Directory (AD) to sign in
You're all set up to print on your Windows 10, Android, or Chrome OS device!
