There are 2 options for installing the wePresent software needed to connect to the displays in the sandbox classroom. 

Option 1: Install from a USB stick

  1. Plug one of the black wePresent USB tokens (located on the black control box in the sandbox) into your computer and browse the drive for the Windows or Mac Installer folder.
  2. Start the software installation file.
  3. After installation, connect your device to the secure Berry network and start the software.

Option 2: Install from download.

  1. Open a browser and connect to the wePresent download page and download the software client for your system.
  2. Start the software installation file. 
  3. After installation, connect your device to the secure Berry network, and start the software.

If you are having problems with installing software on a Windows machine, you can Plug & Show (no Installation) 

  1. Plug one of the black wePresent USB tokens (located on the black control box in the sandbox) into your computer and run the auto-play feature (WePresent WiPG.exe)

Once your software is installed and you are connected to the secure Berry wireless network, follow the instructions below.

1. Once the software is started, you may be presented with a Quick Connect box similar to the one below. 

Quick Connect - Select Scan or Rescan to locate all of the available wePresents

2. Select Berry from the WiFi Network.

3. Once the scan is complete, select the wePresent to which you would like to connect.

4. The wePresent number will show in the bottom left corner of your display.  

5. Provide the 4-digit code from the top right corner of the display to connect to the wePresent.

6. You are now connected.
